His devotion extended to the youth of Trenton, as he organized a summer camp to offer them a safe haven and a chance to complete their Catholic education, essential for receiving their sacraments. Fr. Armand's influential role and collaborated closely with local Puerto Rican leaders to the inception of the first Puerto Rican parade in Trenton, making his legacy enduring and cherished.
